1.2 Usage Information

We automatically collect information about how you use the App, including:

• Deck Usage: Which card decks you access and play
• Category Selections: Which card categories (Warmups, Deep, Next Level, Actions) you select
• Card Views: Which cards you view during gameplay
• Sign-In Activity: Timestamps of when you sign in to the App
• Subscription Status: Whether you have an active premium subscription

1.3 Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases through Apple's App Store, Apple processes your payment information. We receive information about your purchase, including:

• Product purchased (one-time purchase or subscription)
• Purchase date and time
• Subscription status and renewal information

We do not collect or store your payment card information. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

3.1 Third-Party Services

• Sign in with Apple: We use Sign in with Apple for authentication. Apple's use of information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. When using Sign in with Apple, you can choose to hide your email address, and Apple will create a private relay email for your account.
• Google Sign-In: We use Google Sign-In for authentication. Google's use of information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store: We use Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. Apple's use of information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Our backend services are hosted on Vercel. Vercel's use of information is governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Data Storage

Your information is stored on secure servers provided by our hosting service (Vercel). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

3.3 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the App's services and to comply with our legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account information (email, name) is retained while your account is active
• Usage analytics are retained to help improve the App
• Purchase information is retained as required by law and for subscription management

You can manage your subscription, including cancellation, through your Apple ID settings in the App Store. Subscription cancellations are handled entirely by Apple.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
